๐“Ÿ๐“ธ๐“ผ๐“ฝ 10 - My experience with blogs!

Image
Hello my bloggers!... we are already reaching the end of the semester, what a thrill! It has been a complicated year for me, since I had to change cities and adapt to it, especially the cold that I hate so much! Also in this English course I have felt like a real influencer, I had never done blogs and honestly I found it too entertaining! It is a new experience for me and has helped me a lot to practice and improve my English writing. Although I must confess that it has been a bit difficult for me, since my vocabulary is not so wide (word reference has become my best friend). But in the same way I feel that I have undoubtedly improved my grammar, I feel more confident when writing in English and that has me very happy! as I love languages and my main goal is to master English before finishing my degree. In the same way, it is important to mention that I have had a lot of fun reading the blogs of my classmates, thanks to this I have been able to know them a little mor...

๐“Ÿ๐“ธ๐“ผ๐“ฝ 9 - My favorite subject of the semester!

What is my favorite subject? Wow, I think it's a difficult question to answer since studying journalism is based on more practical than theoretical subjects and I really enjoy most of the classes. But if I had to choose one I think it would be Radio. The Radio classes are very dynamic, at the beginning of the class we analyze current guidelines to see what is happening nationally and internationally, then we do  current affairs tests  (WHICH ARE DIFFICULT! :c I really suffer with them), we pass contents, we have an acting teacher who teaches us to breathe and get the voice out. But my favorite part without a doubt is going to the recording islands (radio rooms) where we practice the voiceovers and record the notes, it is very exciting! At first I was very nervous, I was embarrassed and it was very difficult for me to get used to hearing my voice but over time I improved my voiceovers and I even feel that sometimes I take out the "journalist's voice". The main contents...

๐“Ÿ๐“ธ๐“ผ๐“ฝ 8 - FREE THEME POST: Ansatsu Kyลshitsu recommendation!

Image
Hello my bloggers, a couple of days ago I finished watching a very good anime, which while it is not the best anime of all time, much less is within my favorite TOP, it is an original anime, which surprises us with something new in each chapter and it can practically make you burst into laughter as it can also make you explode in tears, taking away the little emotional stability you have. Ansatsu Kyลshitsu (Assassination Classroom)  The story takes us to the E-class of Kunugigaoka High School who are on a mission to murder their teacher (a very powerful creature similar to an octopus, which claims responsibility for having destroyed 70% of the moon and threatens to destroy the earth in the same way if they fail to kill it within a year.) The E-class is the class where they send the worst grades, or cases that teachers consider lost, being discriminated against and treated badly by the rest of the academy, but while they try to murder their strange teacher they will learn many...

๐“Ÿ๐“ธ๐“ผ๐“ฝ 7 - My favorite journalist: Alejandra Matus

Image
I personally believe that Alejandra Matus is one of the best journalists in Chile and is certainly a great source of inspiration for me. Alejandra Matus, born on January 1, 1996 in San Antonio, is 56 years old. He studied at the Pontificia Universidad Catรณlica de Chile and he has postgraduate degrees from New York University and Harvard University. Throughout his journalistic career he has dedicated himself to investigating the violation of human rights carried out during the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet.  In 1999 she published her best book called "El libro negro de la justicia chilena", which was confiscated after being accused of attacking “la ley de seguridad del estado” so he decided to go into exile in the United States and received political asylum. In 2016, Matus republished the book in a new version corrected and enlarged.  In 2013, he published another of his great works called "Doรฑa Lucรญa", an unauthorized biographical book where he talks about the po...

๐“Ÿ๐“ธ๐“ผ๐“ฝ 6 - My special concert!

Image
Honestly, I have never gone to a big concert, as I lived all my childhood and adolescence in Copiapรณ, a small city in the north there was never a big concert like those in Santiago.  Personally I really like Chilean urban music and I am a big fan of Drefquila.  Drefquila is a singer, rapper, songwriter and record producer, born in Coquimbo, Chile and is 24 years old. He began his career in 2013 as a freestyler and in 2015 he released his first studio album called Amatista. He currently has 5 studio albums and among his best known songs are "A fuego" and "Damelo".  I remember that on October 4, 2019, the "Festival de Primavera" was held as every year in the parking lot of the Copiapรณ stadium, it was a great free event where many local and national artists such as Nicole, Gepe and Drefquila performed. At that time, together with a friend from high school we were planning to create a school newspaper and our first mission was to be able to report this event. ...
